The Honda S600 is a Japanese sports roadster passenger car that was first presented to the public in 1964. Its serial production started in the same year and lasted until 1968 - about 13,000 copies of this model were produced during it. Production was concentrated in the city of Suzuka, Japan.

The S600 was developed and put into production to replace the S500 in the Honda Motor Company line-up. The car was stylistically very similar to its predecessor, but as a drive it used an engine with a larger displacement (0.6 l vs. 0.5 l) and higher maximum power (57 hp vs. 44 hp). As it was also slightly lighter, it had better performance than the S500 model. Contrary to its predecessor, it turned out to be a much greater market success. The Honda S600 was offered as a 2-door coupe and convertible. The car was able to accelerate to 142 km / h.
