Mazda 767 is a prototype of a Japanese racing car, which was developed by a division of Mazda Motor Corporation called Mazdaspeed. The vehicle was powered by a single Mazda 13J Wankel engine with a maximum power of 600 HP. The Mazda 767 was built primarily with the IMSA and Le Mans races in mind.

The 767 was developed to replace the 757 on track in the 1988 season. Compared to its predecessor, the new vehicle differed primarily in the use of a completely new engine with higher maximum power, although it still used the unusual Wankel system. The gearbox was also improved, which in the Mazda 757 caused a lot of problems. Despite competing in the 1988-1990 seasons, the Mazda 767 did not win any race, especially the Le Mans race, a success which was particularly hoped for.
