The 7.5 cm PaK41 (Panzerabwehrkanone 41) is a German 75mm anti-tank gun. The gun was created by the Krupp concern and entered mass production in 1942. Only 150 of these weapons were manufactured, but they were used until the end of the war in tank destroyer squadrons. It used two types of ammunition: anti-tank (designation PzGr 41 HK and PzGr 41 (w)) and fragmentation (designation SprGr). Technical data: barrel length: 432 cm, range: 8000 m, caliber: 75 mm, combat weight: 1390 kg, initial velocity: 900-1230 m / s, rate of fire: 12-14 spins / min.The 8.8 cm PaK43 (Panzerabwehrkanone 43) is a German 88mm anti-tank gun, developed by modifying the Flak 41 anti-aircraft gun. The gun was developed by the Krupp concern. Two chassis were used for the gun: four and two-wheeled (leFH 18 howitzer carrier). The second one was called Pak 43/41. Pak 43 was also used as an armament for the Elegant, Nashorn and Jagdpanther tank destroyers and the Royal Tiger tank (under the designation KwK 43). This cannon turned out to be a very effective weapon, capable of destroying any Allied or Soviet armored vehicle. Nevertheless, the main disadvantage of this weapon was its considerable size, which made camouflage and movement difficult, which slightly reduced the combat value of the Pak 43. Technical data: barrel length: 661cm, range (effective): 4000m, caliber: 88mm, combat weight: 4380kg, initial speed projectile: 1143 m / s (PzGr.40 / 43 shell), rate of fire: 20-25 spins / min.
